Pre-Halloween Fun

I've admitted this before, but I have a problem.  A photo-taking problem.  Our computer is bogged down with tons and tons of files of pictures.  Most I'll probably never use for anything, but still I keep them.  And still, I take more.  I spent about two hours last night trying to upload recent pics to remember what's been going on for the past month, but I'm too lazy to weed through them.  So here is a quick recap of our fun pre-Halloween weekend.  We had ridiculously gorgeous weather, and Benjamin got to enjoy not one, but two fun costumes already!

Friday we spent a lot of time playing in leaves :)  They provide so much entertainment!

sometimes I forget how pretty Denver is!

And we even snuck in a little play time with Noah and Fisher... it was so hot outside the boys had to strip down... and then take a breather in side after running around!  Benjamin just adores his buddy Noah.

Saturday morning, bright and early at 8am, we went to the soccer pub and watched some soccer.  Go Blues!  Benjamin even has his own Everton shirt now :)

And after naptime, we took advantage of the "HalloWheels" neighborhood bike ride!  We first met up with buddies at the Bike Depot before heading to the Library...

Then we rode to the pumpkin patch:

Then it was off to the art garage where we hung out, and Benjamin/Charlie Brown even danced a bit :)

Last stop: Oblios for pizza with the gang!

After the fun outing, we hung out at the Westras, gave the kiddos a bath, put them to bed, and had a little wine together.  We're lucky to have great friends in our neighborhood!

Sunday morning we tried to take a few family pics - Benjamin was not super cooperative!

And we put our sanity aside and decided to stop by Boo at the Zoo for a bit... I think we looked for parking longer than we were actually at the zoo, but it was still fun to see Benjamin hanging out with the animals while in his cute lion costume that Mimi and Papa sent!  He definitely loves the zoo. :)

The closest we've ever been to a Polar Bear!!

All we're missing is Dorothy and the Tinman!
