EASTER! The day after we got back Palm Desert, we got to celebrate Easter at our church and with some of our awesome friends. :) Benjamin loved getting to see what the Easter Bunny brought, but was also very happy to tell us that Easter was about "Jesus dying and then coming alive again". It's so fun watching him become such a big boy!
(Avery actually went to Amber during part of the service, it was a miracle!)
Family pics outside the convention center:
Egg hunt at the Campbells' before brunch:
Kristyn made a beautiful spread for us!
Avery was tired from all the celebration!
Having a few neighbor buddies over to play:
Sibling play:
Benjamin "swam" by himself with the help of a noodle... getting so good!
Backyard BEFORE:
Benjamin and Avery spent a lot of time playing in the wagon while Dad and Mom worked on the fence:
Finding bugs:
I only helped with stage one... taking down the fence panels and moving them to the new posts. :)
Part way there!
Andrew came to help with what we thought would be quick, until a bolt got stuck in the ground and it took HOURS to remove it. Seriously. HOURS.
Jeff came by too... it was nearly impossible to get out!
The boys were DIRTY by the end of the night :)
The fence was moved! Then we just had to put in some grass and take out the old posts... but so far so good!
More wagon time:
Keri (& Cyrus) came into town for a visit!!!
Benjamin took these pics for us at Book Babies at the library:
Matt was a rockstar for all of this!
Another girls night with Keri and Kay!
Saying goodbye was no fun :(
Matt is very proud to say he got this post out of the ground (with a little help) :)
Benjamin wanted to dress himself:
I visited my friend/stylist at her brand new salon that SHE opened!!! So proud of her!
I like going a little shorter these days!
Trying to make it look cool and "beachy". Ha.
Walking some donations to Stedman... can't tell but Avery's in there!
Oh, and don't forget we went to DC and North Carolina at the end of April. LOVED IT.
Ok... soon a MAY photo dump to catch up :) Hehe.
