April? Sure - A Photo Dump, that is.

Ok, here is my randomly selected group of photos for the "things we did in April" dump on the blog. Some day I'll be glad I can look back at this. At least that's the hope :)

EASTER! The day after we got back Palm Desert, we got to celebrate Easter at our church and with some of our awesome friends. :) Benjamin loved getting to see what the Easter Bunny brought, but was also very happy to tell us that Easter was about "Jesus dying and then coming alive again". It's so fun watching him become such a big boy!

(Avery actually went to Amber during part of the service, it was a miracle!)

We took on a relatively big backyard project... one I had been asking Matt to do for quite some time but never thought he'd actually take me up on! We decided to move our fence back about 11 feet (there was a parking pad back there that we never used).

I only helped with stage one... taking down the fence panels and moving them to the new posts. :)

Andrew came to help with what we thought would be quick, until a bolt got stuck in the ground and it took HOURS to remove it. Seriously. HOURS.

Jeff came by too... it was nearly impossible to get out!

 The Kozlowskis stayed while Jeff was nice enough to help Matt finish the fence :) Benjamin LOVES Noah & Fisher.

The fence was moved! Then we just had to put in some grass and take out the old posts... but so far so good!

Matt and my dad had a gig in Lafayette... I had to take Avery because she wouldn't stay with the babysitter :(
