Saturday morning we "slept in" (i.e. we brought Benjamin into bed to see if he could be tricked into falling back asleep with us. He could not.)...

And after cruising the Baker Bargains Bonanza (a fabulous neighborhood-wide yard sale) and the neighborhood farmer's market, we cleaned up a bit at home and watched a little TV (have you seen the BBC's Sherlock Holmes? It's awesome!). It was hot out, so we were a little lazy! But Benjamin snuck in a little practice time sitting up :) He's getting SO big!
Sunday turned into Sunday Funday as we headed to Westminster so Matt could play a little disc golf with his friend Ben while Benjamin and I trailed behind (and/or blocked the course for people... it's so confusing out there!) and then hit the playground while they finished up. Afterwards, we headed to Jazz at City Park (every Sunday night during the summer) and got to catch up with some friends over tasty treats and drinks. It was the perfect temperature out to enjoy such a nice night in the park! (And I even ran into a few old classmates which was fun!)
Other than that, Benjamin has just been "helping" me with school work and some new work I picked up that I can thankfully do at home :) (Every little bit helps, huh?) And by helping, I mostly mean that he's been distracting me with his adorable smiles and kissable chubby cheeks!! :)
