Benjamin update...

Well, he's not here yet but both mom and baby are doing well! Ali is around two to three cm dilated right now and is having some contractions (although not the majorly painful ones quite yet), and it looks like things are moving along on their own at the moment, so that is good news! We're hoping Benjamin decides to come out on his own, but they may decide to start on some pitocin depending on how the next few hours go. Probably the worst part so far has been Ali's very uncooperative veins needing six pokes total to get blood and put in an IV :( But overall things are going well - the nurses have been great (they have even let Ali eat)and we've already had a few visitors with some more on the way, and I'll continue to keep everyone as updated as I can!
