Getting closer!

He's on his way! They broke Ali's water this morning around 930 and things immediately kicked into a much higher gear. She toughed it out for abut an hour of excruciating contractions (much longer than I'm sure I would have lasted) before starting an epidural. She is now resting much more comfortably thanks to our great nurses and anesthesiologist, and is now dilated to 5-6 cm at last check. No pitocin needed yet which has been great, and if things keep progressing well baby Benjamin could be here by late afternoon. We can't wait to meet the little guy!
